Carbon Series™ Double Wall
Carbon Series™ double wall fiberglass sumps provide easy access to under-dispenser equipment and piping connections while delivering serious strength and protection from ground movement and liquid intrusion. The double wall design with vacuum gauge and optional integrated interstitial monitoring port provide the ability to constantly monitor the sump for tightness, avoiding the need for costly hydrostatic testing and the dispenser shutdown associate with it.
Compliance Monitoring
Carbon Series™ double wall sumps come with an integrated vacuum port for on-site vacuum testing which can eliminate the need for expensive hydrostatic testing. They can also be ordered with an optional monitoring port for either electronic, mechanical, or hydrostatic continuous monitoring of the double wall interstitial space.
Mechanical Monitoring
Make 30-day visual inspections fast, clean, and easy with the mechanical interstitial monitoring option. The port riser comes with a mechanical interstitial integrity monitor gauge for simple visual confirmation of a tight containment space. This requires:

- Mechanical interstitial integrity monitor gauge
Electronic Monitoring
If your region requires continuous electronic monitoring or positive shutdown of a pump or dispenser in the case of a leak, the electronic monitoring option utilizes a universal liquid detection sensor that can be paired with your Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG) for immediate notification of liquid intrusion into the interstitial space. This requires:
- Optional monitoring port
- Electronic port riser
- Universal liquid detection sensor
Hydrostatic Monitoring
If local regulations or personal preference dictate the use of liquid/brine monitoring of the under dispenser containment, the hydrostatic monitoring option includes all of the equipment and the universal hydrostatic sump sensor needed to accommodate this application. This requires:
- Optional monitoring port
- Hydrostatic port riser
- Hydrostatic monitoring kit
- Universal hydrostatic sump sensor
Large Base / Gel Coat
- The large sump body accommodates up to five pipe entries and provides easy access to piping connections.
- The sump’s white gel coat interior provides increased visibility and protection during maintenance and testing.
Conduitless Entry / Top Frame
- The top frame provides a conduitless electrical entry on both sides allowing electrical conduit to enter the dispenser directly from the bottom, avoiding penetrations and eliminating potential leak paths.
- Carbon Series™ sumps feature a corrosion-resistant powder coated steel top frame that provides durability and extended service life.
