As the industry’s first complete system of its kind, the Corrosion Control System provides in-tank and in-sump corrosion prevention by proactively removing water from the tanks with the Corrosion Control™ Water Separator. The Corrosion Control™ System is driven by the EVO™ 600/6000 Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG) which  automates the system and monitors for the presence of corrosive environments.

HIGHLIGHTS

• The Water Separator has been re-designed to incorporate an LL3 Probe to monitor both water level and system flow.

• The new EVO™ 600 & EVO™ 6000 Automatic Tank Gauges (ATGs) provide full system automation and monitoring via the new Corrosion Control™ System Application.

• The Multiplexing Sensor Hub allows station owners to add the Corrosion Control™ Water Separator to existing sites without having to break concrete to run new conduit and wires.

• The Corrosion Detection Sensor provides ongoing monitoring of the tank ullage and alerts to the presence of a corrosive atmosphere.

• The Desiccant Pack absorbs humidity from the sump environment before it turns into corrosion-causing moisture.

• The Advanced Protection Submersible Pump is e-coated and contains stainless steel components to protect the submersible from corrosion.
