New Customer Relations Specialist

We are pleased to announce that Diana Perez has accepted the position of Customer Relations Specialist joining the Global Customer Relations team at Franklin Electric.

Diana brings year of experience in customer service, logistics, procurement, and both importing and exporting within shipping. We welcome Diana’s experience to our global team and look forward to the improvements she will bring as a direct contact for the Mexico and Latin American Markets. Diana will contribute to entering and managing orders, coordinate shipping, and address other support related inquiries for our customers.

Additionally, we have created a new email address for all questions and order requests. Moving forward, all local Mexico and Latin American distributors can send purchase orders and other requests directly to Diana at ffslatamcustserv@fele.com.
