As Franklin Electric continues to evolve, we are pleased to announce our marketing team reorganization, leveraging our long-standing talent.
Tammie Scadden has been promoted to Vice President, Global Marketing. She will have oversight of all aspects of our marketing strategy, including the product management, communications, and customer experience teams. Tammie has spent the last four years as the Director of Marketing and prior to that as a Sr. Product Manager. In her previous roles with Franklin Electric, she has succeeded in bringing an ever-increasing intensity to customer engagement and successfully cascading this focus across the company.
Loren Swalheim has accepted the role of Director, Global Relations reporting to Tammie. In addition to his current responsibilities with the Technical Service team, he will now lead the Customer Relations team. Loren possesses deep knowledge of our global customers and internal systems. He will utilize that knowledge, coupled with his many past leadership successes, to enhance synergies within the commercial and technical teams around the world to better serve our customers.
Leon Schuster and Allan Busch have accepted promotions to Directors, Global Product Management. Allan and Leon’s combined expertise will help shape future product innovation and development that addresses customer needs.
Over the last 30 years, Leon has achieved success in many roles for Franklin Electric including the overall management of the Submersible Pump product line. During this time, Leon successfully developed and launched one of our key innovations, the Corrosion Control System™. In his new role, he will lead the Submersible Pumping Systems, Fuel Management Systems, Integrated Electrical Controls, Vapor Recovery, and Dispensing Systems product lines.
Allan Busch has been responsible for achieving impressive growth while leading Franklin Electric’s Piping & Containment and Service Station Hardware for much of his 19-year tenure. Recently, Allan has overseen Franklin Electric’s expansion into the Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure market with the launch of NexPhase™ Smart EV Switchgear. In his new role, he will continue to focus on Piping & Containment with the added responsibility for EV Systems.
